This could be a huge week for you.
The kind of week you look back on as
a pivotal turning point in your life.

4 years ago, I had a serious crisis in my life.
Without going into the full drama, I almost lost

and that I would be lying flat on my back wondering… how would
my wife and kids eat… much less survive if I did not get up.

As I looked up from the hospital bed hardly able to see
anything I could hear the anguish in my wifes voice as
she asked the doctor what is wrong with him. He replied
Mrs Blyden, your Husband had a stroke and from what we are seeing in the
test results he should either be dead, brain dead or in a comma.

Well God had other plans for my life:-) .
He said in his word you shall live and not die.

I held on to that and by His grace I recovered.

It was some time after that that, I saw a little ad
That said I could make some mone.y with this “system.”
“Yeah right!” I said to myself.
But when you are as desperate as I was, you just
Open your eyes for A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G that could work.

You see I could not shake the nagging feeling knowing how
close we came to financial ruin by putting all of our eggs
into one basket. I knew that I needed to develop an income stream
that could continue to support my family whether or not i was able to work
or whether or not I was here for that matter.. I saw in this little ad
that potential and i went for it.

Well, all I can tell you right now is: IT WORKED.
And right now my life has completely changed.

Take Massive Action

The cliché “massive action = massive results” is so true when it comes to building a large mlm downline. There are so many different but effective ways to build a team for you business… ie… Online marketing, offline marketing, paid marketing, BUM marketing etc..(my free mlm advertising and direct response mlm advertising blog posts give more detail on these), but the key is to choose 1 that fits your skill set and personality and then take massive action in its implementation. Go above and beyond the norm if you want to get above and beyond normal results. Focus on one method until you master it then start incorporating other methods into the mix.

MLM Downline Builder tip 5:

Automation

At the end of the day Network Marketing is a relationship business and your pay will be directly proportionate to the number of people whose lives that you have positively impacted. Adding automated tools into your business will help you reach and impact more people faster and also free up your time to build deeper relationships with your prospects.

MLM Downline Builder tip 6:

Duplication

“Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day… Teach him how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime”

Giving fish – Some of my best and quickest success in this industry has been in running marketing co-ops for my new recruits. In some cases I could get a new recruit in the business and into profit within 1 week using this method and then help their new recruits to the same. In this scenario your downline members would pool their money together to participate in proven marketing campaigns that you manage. This is powerful and if done correctly can have an explosive effect on the growth of your business.

Teaching to Fish – Eventually however, you would want to wean your new reps off of your co-op by teaching them how to market on their own. You would share with them how to implement the best strategies that are working for your co-op so that they can do them on their own. Also, for your reps that start to show leadership potential, you would train them additionally on how to run their own co-ops for their teams and new reps as well. Doing this will create great synergy, independence and tremendous growth in your team.

MLM Downline Builder tip 7:

Follow-up/ Follow through

“People won’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

As I said before, this is a relationship business. All the automation, marketing, etc.. is not worth anything if you do not follow up with your prospects and new team mates. As a leader you should be calling new reps 3-4 levels deep and offering your assistance to help them get going fast.

Get lost in your Downline members Promotions. You should know specifically what the key players on your team needs to get to the next compensation level for your company and then be a driving force to help them achieve it.

If followed, the tips above will lead you to a large and successful mlm downline.

If you are in network marketing or a multi-tiered affiliate commission program then there is no doubt that you realize that building a large downline is the best way to leverage yourself. Leverage is the key to building enormous wealth. In Real Estate and other investment vehicles (forex, futures, etc..) you leverage a little bit of your own money to control an asset that is worth much more and thus the returns that you make compared to the small investment can accelerate the growth of your wealth. In Network marketing however, we leverage time and effort by building an army of people all doing a little bit which produce enormous amount of production, cashflow and wealth for the entire team.

But how do you build a large sustainable and successful MLM downline? The fact is that 97% of people fail at this and the few that find moderate success are often hard pressed to put in enough new people to compensate for the daily attrition rate of old members. Well in this article I will share the first 3 of 7 tips for doing just that.

Tip 1 Begin with the end in mind

Whether you are just starting out or have been doing this for a while you must always start with the end in mind. Decide how many people you want in your group and Visualization leading them to success. This is key… You must become that which you want to be and act it out. So even if you only have 1 member start hosting your own webinars or conference calls and speak with the enthusiasm as if there were 10’s of thousands of people on the line…

Tip 2 Lead by example

Be Your own Best Example. Nobody wants to follow a has been… Someone who sponsored 10,000 people 2 years ago and hasn’t done anything since. Don’t go into management mode. You should dominate the leader board for your company. This eliminates excuses in the team. If they say “the economy is bad , nobody is recruiting new reps” you can say “I am”. This is powerful…

Tip 3 Build Brand Build Your Value

Your MLM Downline will only Grow as much as you do. People follow leaders period!! Even great salesman will lose his entire downline to attrition if they do not build their value. Always be a student of this craft, stay on the cutting edge and share you knowledge freely with your team and with the MLM community at large. The more you give, the more you will receive. Sharing cutting edge knowledge in to the broader community in this way will brand you as a leader and attract hoards of new prospects and recruits for your business.
